On-the-Job-Training Program

In an effort to assist Contractors with implementing the Charleston County RoadWise On-the-Job Training Program inclusive of the Training Special Provision (TSP) requirements on projects, we are in the process of developing a standardized On-the-Job Training Program Manual.  All contractors awarded projects within the Charleston County RoadWise Program will use this manual when fulfilling the TSP requirements. 

In an effort to maximize our OJT Program, we have developed a Partnership Agreement with Trident One Stop Career System.  Through this program, we will have the ability to provide customized assistance to Contractors and Design Firms in recruiting, screening, testing, and monitoring.
