Palmetto Commerce Parkway I
The Palmetto Commerce Parkway-Phase I Project is complete! The project consisted of widening the existing section of Palmetto Commerce Parkway (from Ladson Road) from two to four lanes with a 20-foot wide raised, landscaped median with street lighting placed along the median and the paved pedestrian / bicycle path. The project also included an extension of nearly 1,500 feet of the parkway from the end of the existing portion of the roadway (near Future Drive) to the new Daimler Chrysler facility and expansion buildings. Two lanes of the new roadway extension were completed with the widening (four lanes) of the existing roadway from Ladson Road.
